MISSION COMPLETED

YEY!

Finally...played ski like hell.
But managed to improved my skill
We separated into 2 groups; beginner and expert/semi-pro
I was join expert/semi-pro

Not like I know how to ski...
but I don't feel like I need the basic training
I actually needed some space and time to train myself
(bodoh sombong la konon)

But Sonoi-san realized that I had difficulty with zigzag skill
Coz I did brake all the time when I tried to make a turn
And she offered to teach me that skill
Hell! Can't say no! She watched me after all!
Plus...she followed me all the time on the second day...
morning till evening session!

Since then...I kept falling...
And when I got home on the third day...
I was straight away got into my bed
and that night...I had a terrible dream
Having wrestling with Sonoi-san!
It's terrible! She kept chasing me even in my dream

When I woke up...my whole body was pain like hell!
And I didn't want to go to school
coz Sonoi-san was looking for me on that day
for signing my apartment contract...she is my guarantor!

Ow Sonoi-san...please la!


Sonoi-san...she's the best!

Lost only 1 kg after 16 days..
But managed to improve my stamina

MISSION 4: Daredevil fitness challenge...fitness day 14

Day 14...

New record :)
jogging: 25 min non-stop for the same route as day 13 (30min)
apartment-to-playground + 10 laps around playground + playground-to-apartment
I just measured the distance
Approximately 3.33km
here's the layout



you can see my apartment is close enough to the gym
but it will only open at 8am..the time that I should be ready for school
and Kak Nafisah's house...too close to the playground
but never turned up when I asked her to join me
hehehe

MISSION 4: Daredevil fitness challenge...fitness day 12&13

Day 12 and 13

Just got back from jogging (at 11.00pm)
30min non stop; apartment-to-playground + 10 laps around playground + playground-to-apartment
and for the record, I ran quite fast all the way home
to test my stamina actually :)
will do 20 minutes home workout after this
the same routine as yesterday (day 12)

Actually I gained 1 kg today...
too bad :(
even my stamina is improved
cissssss!!!!!!
I believe I can blame my cheap weighing scale!!

But I'll never give up!!

MISSION 4: Daredevil fitness challenge...fitness day 11

what happens to MISSION 3?
well..actually MISSION 4 is a series of my fitness mission
seems like mission 3 is so boring actually

1 kg weigh loss in 8 days
can I?
i doubt that!

but when I watched a Japanese TV program just now,
they showed how a 190kg lady got her 100kg within a year
means she lost 90kg in 50 weeks!!!!!!
1.8 kg per week???!!!!!
waaaaaaaaaaa...i'm amazed!

me?
1 kg in 8 days is already taihen (awful)
but why 1 kg in 8 days?

hehehe...I will meet my friend soon at Cape Town
she challenged me that 1 kg 8 days
and by the time I reach Cape Town...
I will lost another 3 kg
waa.....20days to go...

weighed myself again this morning...
still same as last 2 days...
horror! horror!

so...for the 11th day...plan B...jogging!

10 laps around a playground...in 25 minutes non-stop
which 7 is the maximum laps i ever reached before...in 30min though

YEY!

then home workout routine
twice; in the morning and evening...
doubled number of reps and more sets
20 min workout;10-30 reps per set; 7-10 sets per body parts; 5 body parts in total.

MISSION 3: Fitness-day10

weighed myself again this morning
just to ensure that yesterday was real
dup dap dup dap..nervous!
coz yesterday I took heavy lunch
and heavy dinner too
coz i hosted the usrah for this time
so..usually special meal for this kind of activity
but bimonthly only ye...

tet..tet...yey!
same as yesterday
wahh...quite released...

but still...didn't go to gym today...
again! :D
Actually...I am fasting today
just continue home workout routine

same routine as yesterday
but twice for today
once in the morning
the second will be after break my fast

home workout only for today
and no photo for home workout...hehehe

yaaahh...i am so motivated...will keep this up!

MISSION 3: Fitness-day9

I weigh myself this morning...
lost 1 kg in 8 days
YEY!

still didn't go to the gym today
haven't done nothing much either
just simple home workout routine
thanks to Dayang for Jillian Michael's video

so for the 9th day (upper level I guess);
20 min workout;8-15 reps per set; 5-7 sets per body parts; 5 body parts in total.
